How to get into the house

THE ACCESS CODE:

1) Open the "Monkey Gate" lock with Security Code - 23670 - NOTE! The numbers must be depressed and the slide at the bottom of the lock pushed to the side.

2) When standing at the Back Door - make a missed Call to +27-60-502-1234 this will release the door lock.

3) You will have 5 seconds to open the door.

4) We suggest that you store this information on your cellphone for easy access when you arrive or go in and out.

PLEASE NOTE! that the call must be made from the authorised cell phone! If you wish to have more than one phone authorised you MUST send us the cell phone number and the person's name.

Once you have entered the house please check the following items:

• Is the house clean?

• Is the stove clean?

• Is the fridge turned on and working?

• Is the stove turned on and working?

• Is the TV and Dstv turned on and working?

• Is the geyser turned on at the electricity distribution board?

If any of the above is found not to be in order please advise us immediately.

All the keys are in a Key Box which is at the electricity distribution board.
