Access to the house:
The above security keypad is subject to the power being on. IN THE EVENT of a power failure or load shedding you will find the emergency safe (pictured below) directly opposite the keypad on the storeroom wall. Please call Basil to get the code to the emergency safe. Once opened you will find a key to the door of the small patio. You can then enter through it to gain access to the house!
Cooking:
In the laundry, you will find a gas bottle and cooker top. You are welcome to use this to cook your food or heat up some water.
Lighting:
There is a rechargeable hand lamp and various candles and oil lamps which you can use to provide light while the Eskom supply is down.
