Due to power outages in the area, it will be necessary to gain access to the house manually. Please follow these instructions carefully!
Once you have gained access through the "Monkey Gate" you will see the "Emergency Safe" pictured below just to the left of the bathroom window!
Pull the flap on the front towards you. This will expose the combination lock. Dial the code 3350. Then open the safe by depressing the two buttons on the left and right! Inside you will find a key for the back door. Use the key to open the back door.
Important Note!
Once you have opened the back door,
1) please return the key to the safe
2) close the door of the safe
3) reset the combination to 0000
4) close the outer flap.
